About Our Attorneys
Attorney Fred Eisenbud has a depth and breath of experience that provide him with a comprehensive understanding of environmental law. He has worked for decades in both the government and private sector and is an adjunct professor Environmental Law at Touro Law School. A past member of the Board of Directors of the Suffolk County Bar Association, he has served as co-chair of The Suffolk County Bar Association's Environmental Law Committee and is a Director of the Hauppauge Industrial Association (HIA) and co-chair of the HIA's Environmental Committee. He lectures frequently to County and State Bar Associations on a wide variety of environmental law and practice issues.
Attorney Lilia Factor graduated with an LL.M. degree (magna cum laude) from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. For a number of years, she ran her own law practice in Israel, focusing on real estate, employment, personal injury, and German reparations. Since 2004, she has worked with Fred Eisenbud, focusing her practice on environmental law and civillitigation. Lilia is fluent in Russian and Hebrew.
